Job Description Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader this position initially will have the opportunity to interact with various Albemarle global support groups and have the ability to gain invaluable commissioning & start-up experience. Post commissioning this position will provide support to both scheduled and reactive maintenance services to the plant operations and comply with the systems and procedures to facilitate continuous improvement in the utilisation of assets. Key Responsibilities Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, safety, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures. Responding to plant outages and equipment faults in a timely manner to maximize plant availability and safety. Ensure work is executed to the highest standard and history is recorded in the relevant maintenance recording system for future reference Initiate creation and updates to work procedures and instructions to ensure they are accurate and effective. Reporting of incidents in a timely manner and participate in analysis and investigations as required Build strong relationships with the Operational, Reliability and Planning Teams to support the delivery of quality maintenance and equipment availability. Working with our internal/external customers to support feedback and continual improvement. Support work management processes through efficient defect reporting, adequate scoping of corrective works and accurate confirmation of execution activities Support commissioning requirements Work Experience Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health and Safety, continuous improvement and teamwork. Sound problem-solving skills and fault-finding experience with the ability to respond to changing priorities. Extensive fixed plant maintenance experience 5 years associated with Kilns, Ball Mills, Belt Filters, (Plate) Filter Presses, Centrifuges, Conveyors, Boilers, Pumps and other fixed plant equipment. Demonstrated experience with Precision Maintenance (i.e. Laser Alignment of small and large rotating equipment) Commitment to diversity and inclusion. A proactive approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills Strong troubleshooting and fault finding skills. Understanding of Change Management and Work Management Processes. Knowledge and understanding of SAP systems is desirable. Previous commissioning experience would be highly regarded Qualifications Australian recognized trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter. Current nationally accredited Confined Space Ticket Current nationally accredited Working at Heights Ticket. Current High Risk qualifications are highly regarded (Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, Rigging, Crane) Previous commissioning experience highly regarded.
